WebThe members are fantastic and if that was the only factor I would want to stay on indefinitely. Unfortunately, since each of the Orangetheory's are franchises, the owners and management can be hard to deal with. In my experience, as well as several others whom I have worked with, it is impossible to have a work life and home life.
