Webbok i went to the doctors about a week ago and he said the skin was very stretchy and i should try pulling it back gently while in the bath. I have had 2 long baths since then and i have gone from hardly being able to retract at all and maybe only being able to see a cm of the glans (flaccid) to being able to fully retract (flaccid).
